About Me and my Consultancy Service

I am Professor Dr. Huber, an academic, consultant, and researcher with a strong international background in organizational development, human resource management, and applied psychology.

With over 30 years of professional experience and a global academic background, I bring a unique blend of expertise in organizational development, human resource management, and psychology to my consulting services.

Holding, among others, a Ph.D. in Psychology, a Doctor of Business Administration, an MBA, a Master in Project Management, and a Master of Commerce, I have worked extensively with universities, corporations, government agencies, and international organizations, providing them with my expertise in leadership, change management, and process optimization

My business doctoral research focused on Kaizen – the philosophy of continuous improvement, exploring its application in organizational decision-making and sustainable change management.

Alongside my academic work as a professor, I serve as a scientific evaluator for credential assessments, offering expert evaluations for private clients, state authorities, and educational institutions across international education systems.

Why I Founded My Own Consulting Firm

While my academic work remains a passion, I established my own independent consulting firm to transform my knowledge and experiences into practical and understandable tools to improve your own market position and further growth.

This enable me to create a holistic consulting practice which offers an independent advisory service apart from my university role and to provide a dedicated platform for organizations seeking practical, research-based solutions.

This ensures that my clients – whether private companies, public institutions, or state authorities – receive impartial, research-based solutions tailored to their specific needs.

My goal is to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world application, helping businesses, educational institutions, government agencies, and public organizations implement sustainable improvement strategies.
